One of my favorite parts of working at Royal Anchor is the conversations. Real conversation is had with guests who have been coming here for years, our staff sharing their favorite local spots, and the people who make this stretch of Maine such a special place.
Those conversations inspired Anchor & Coast, our new blog, and I’m excited to finally share it with you.
Every post will come directly from me or a member of our staff. We want this to be personal: our recommendations, our stories, and the things we’d tell you if we were chatting here at the resort.
We’ll share tips for your next visit, favorite places to eat, memories, and updates from around Royal Anchor. We’ll also sit down with musicians, chefs, and longtime guests to discover what makes Royal Anchor and Maine’s southern beaches so good beyond the beach.
There’s a lot to love here, and so much of it comes down to the people. I’m looking forward to helping you get to know them, and this place,a little better.
